This is one of the most remarkable videos I have ever seen. Bear with it. The first 5 minutes shows an autistic person interacting with the world in her native state. The next 5 minutes gives her explanation via tele-text and computer-generated voice on translating her experience into verbal language. The result is one of the most profound meditation on the nature of thought that I have ever encountered:

this was awesome, thanks for sharing! Wow, I would not / could not have imagined what goes on inside an autistic mind, and your choice of words to label this as a meditation on the nature of human thought was right on!

cool… If you haven’t read “Animals in Translation”, put it on your list. It will rock your world. The author, Temple Grandin, is an animal behaviorist and autistic person.
