My favoritest actress Cate Blanchett (go aussie go) playing the eponymous Bob Dylan meeting Alan Ginsberg. Am I tripping? The clip is from an upcoming biopic of Dylan I’m not There by Todd Hanes.
Nice find Bosco! I’m really looking forward to this film, mainly because Todd Haynes is a fantastic filmmaker. Casting Cate as a young Bob Dylan is inspired. I’ve seen “Safe”, “Far From Heaven” and “Superstar: The Karen Carpenter Story”. All of them were beautifully made and compelling. The last one is difficult to track down because Mattel had it banned as they didn’t like Barbie being used to play out a story about anorexia. |
